Before we talk money...

I am in the art of contemporary portraits. Be it selling your business, upping your online presence, personal branding, or simply wanting to be a model for a day, it is my goal to offer a high-quality experience from start to finish. When we part ways after our shoot, I want you to leave completely satisfied that I was able to bring out and capture the best version of you.

The thing about your passion being your career is that every session is almost like a personal project. I put my all into every client that goes in front of my camera; every person who allows themselves to be vulnerable for our time together. My pricing is designed so that I have the time and opportunity to continue to give my all to every session. Each session is a passion project for me, and when you book a session, you're not just booking a 'photographer'. Rather, you're booking a professional creative. Someone who eats, sleeps, and breathes art and photography. As photographer Peter Hurley says: "I'm 10% photographer and 90% therapist."

Portrait sessions are $500. We will spend 60-120 minutes together.

My rate is all-inclusive (meaning there are no additional costs or addons).

Not sold yet? Shoot me an email and we can have a face-to-face meeting in person, or via FaceTime/Google Hangouts/Zoom and I can give you a rundown on the experience as well as get an idea of the type of photos you want to create.

How long have you been doing photography?

I have been taking photographs since 2010, when I was 16. I started getting serious about photography four years ago when I found myself enjoying taking photos more than my tech day job. I immediately fell in love with the idea of photographing “the best version of you.” I enjoy seeing people's reactions to seeing themselves captured in a way they’ve never been before. These are photos that they will have forever and being able to deliver lifetime memories is so humbling.

Where do you find inspiration?

I draw a lot of my inspiration from cinema. I want my photos to feel emotional and low-key, gravitating towards dark greens and blues. Cinematically, one of my favorite movies is "Bladerunner 2049". The color pallete of that film really lends itself to a low-key, almost nostalgic-feeling colorgrading.

How many images will I receive?

For a 60-120 minute session. You will receive 10-15 images. I am a "quality over quantity" photographer and I carefully cull down the images from our session until I have the best of the best from the session.

What do you enjoy/like most about photography?

The people I get to meet. My work does come off as calm and melancholy most of the time, but I want my clients to have fun during my sessions. Between those dramatic portraits, there’s many laughs and smiles. I enjoy hearing people's stories and motivations and translating that into a physical medium. Most people feel uncomfortable and awkward when being photographed and I promise to keep you relaxed and smiling!

How long after our session will it be before I receive my images?

Every image is carefully edited and color graded by hand. No filters, no unnatural skin-softening, just skillfully retouched and tastefully color-graded. You will receive them in a beautiful online gallery 2-3 weeks after the end of our session.

Can I have the raws?

While I will happily provide a proof gallery to you for selecting images for retouching (upon request), I am afraid that I cannot provide RAW or unedited files. I will be delivering the retouched images for your use, as these are the final product and properly reflect the quality of my work that you are familiar with.
